Shipping
Shipping is handled primarily through UPS. However, if there is significant savings in using another vendor then in such cases an alternate vendor may be used.
Returns
If you either received something in error or there is some form of damage please contact us first before returning. In many cases it is usually easier and cheaper to just send a replacement part. In such cases, a photograph of the damage or incorrect part must be submitted with your email to support@reclusivephoenix.com. Please do not return anything to us unless expressly requested to do so.
